ZigZagMart offers 100% Customer Satisfaction Return Policy. We inspect all items before shipping them to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you received or simply changed your mind, please take the following steps to make a return:
1. Please send your request for an RA number to returns@zigzagmart.com within 30 days of your order receipt. Your request will be answered within 24 hours.
2. Please pack up the products thoroughly and write down an RA number on the label.
