I have not used it on anyone yet so I can't comment on it's effectiveness. If I ever have to use it though I will update this comment. I was not overly impressed with the packaging, the box was a little flimsy otherwise I'm pleased.

I received this a few days early. It works very well. It sounds like it sounds like it would knock someone on their butt. No one to try it on. There is also a safety on the stun gun part ,so you don't have to worry about zapping your self. The flash light works good and is very bright.

This item arrived on time and is exactly what I was wanting my fiance uses this at night as she is a bartender and the snap of the electric shock is enough to turn most of the people who would think of trying to approach her in the parking lot at night

I loooove this product. Now I will feel safe going to the store or a drive by myself at night. I haven't tested how powerful the actual shock is but the crackle it makes is very intimidating. Also the flashlight is super bright and will undoubtedly come in handy.

I had a slight problem with my order. I contacted customer service and they quickly replied. They asked if I wanted a refund or a new one sent. I wasn't able to respond right away so they called me that evening. The rep assured me they don't carry used products. They sent me a new one right away. I dint know about the stun gun yet as I haven't had to use it, thankfully. The light is super bright.
